Terms & Conditions
- Bridal/Formal/Event makeups require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date & booking;
- All trials to be held in our salon;
- Once your deposit has been received, an invoice will be sent to your email, then the balance is to be finalized 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.
- All weddings must be paid for in full before the day of service;
- Appointments are NOT secure without a deposit if you forget or fail to pay your deposit in the time frame, you won’t be sent a reminder & your booking will be handed to the next client waiting;
- Public holiday and Sunday bookings will incur a 20% surcharge;
- Start times earlier than 6am will incur a $50 early morning fee will be added to the travel cost
- Cancelations with more than 12 weeks notice can reschedule their appointment using their existing deposit;
- False lashes are complimentary with every makeup
- No lash lifts if your wanting false lashes
- Please note makeup price remains the same whether lashes are applied nor not
