Cancellation Policy

We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointment changes within 12 hours will be charged at 50% of the value of all the services booked.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you can’t make it to your appointment this will give us the opportunity to rebook the time slot. One day you may be looking for a last minute appointment, which we won’t be able to find for you. In fairness to all our customers & to our staff we will be firmly & consistently applying our cancellation policy.
